2015 Old Vine Chardonnay
The 2015 Signature Series Old Vine Chardonnay is brimming with the potential to age and evolve over the next decade. This blend is 100% barrel aged and still showcases our signature Kestrel minerality. The wine starts off with apple aromas that blend into citrus and oak. The flavors hint at apple, baked pie, oak, mild citrus, and a unique creamy crispness to finish off the show. This is a Chardonnay well suited to those who enjoy an oaky wine with a mellow finish.

2013 Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon
The color is deep purple fading to pale purple at the edges. We recommend decanting this wine at room temperature to unlock its full potential. Delicate aromas of dried blueberries, tobacco leaf, pepper, dark cacao, and hints of vanilla invite you to taste. On the palate, you will find notes of dried dark fruit such as raspberry along with anise. This wine has medium acidity that gives way to a smooth finish of vanilla mocha.

2013 Old Vine Merlot
Our 2013 Old Vine Merlot possesses a rich purple-plum color with ruby edges. This intensely aromatic wine boasts dark cherry fruit, elegant oak aromas, sweet currants, and mild chocolate notes. The fruit elements are balanced by the oak creating a richly textured wine. Nice supple tannins linger on the front of the palate while the finish is long and smooth. A Cab-lover’s Merlot, it is the perfect balance of elegance and masculinity. We are always excited to showcase this wine as we feel it has a little bit of history in every glass.

2013 Petit Verdot
Petit Verdot should be a big rich dark wine, something that kind of hits you in the mouth when you taste it. The color is dark, almost an inky color with red hues on the edges. The aromas have a rich floral component mixed with plums, blackberry, black pepper, tar, molasses and leather. The flavors are warm and inviting, some dark fruit and chocolate combined with a nice oak undertone make this wine hard not to enjoy. The body is medium with an elegant and refined finish that keeps going. This is a wine that will age with class but is already drinking quite nicely. Pair with rich cuts of red meat, like wild venison or buffalo.
|Varietal Composition||94% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon|
|Aging||22 months in Oak|
2013 Raptor Red
As our flagship wine, Raptor Red must paint a beautifully complex portrait from beginning to end. Its color is a deep purple which pales at the edges. Savor this wine over the course of a few hours to enjoy the subtle changes as it breaths. You’ll notice aromas of liqourice, black current, and blackberry following a bouquet of black pepper and wet pavement. The palate is bold with red current, black cherry and cedar. The finish is pleasantly filled with oak and dates. With medium acity and great tannin structure, this wine will age well for many years to come. Cheers!
