In the glass, this wine is a sparkling medium purple. The nose leans towards slate with a hint of craisins that becomes more evident as the wine breaths and opens up. The body is delightful with fresh notes of cedar and fir with an undertone of tobacco. Smooth tannins round out the glass with a lingering and warm chocolaty finish. 2014 Merlot

This Merlot is an excellent example of how versatile Washington vineyards can be. The color is pale ruby fading into a pale purple at the edges. We recommend decanting this wine to unveil its full potential. You will be greeted by cherry, plums, rosehip and a hint of purple sage. On the palate you will discover notes of bright fresh fruit of cranberry. The soft tannins fade into a spicy finish of green tea and mulling spice.

2014 Syrah

The color is a deep purple that pales at the edges. We do not recommend decanting this wine, rather enjoy the ride of hidden aromas and flavors that unlock with each sip! You’ll be greeted by aromas of Almond, vanilla and subtle cigar box. The palate has a subtle complexity of hazelnut and bursts of black pepper and clove. This wine has a very smooth and full body with medium acidity and soft tannin structure that finishes warm with a slight dark chocolate mouth feel.
