2020 Chardonnay

Our 2020 Chardonnay is an unassuming pale straw color that gleefully surprises the nose with full aromas of tropical fruit, honeydew melon, and guava. The flavor is immersive and subtle; this wine is light and refreshing on the approach with mineral flavors and light acacia oak notes. The finish is warm and spicy with lovely floral notes. A creamy, slightly oily texture lingers on the palate with subtle hints of vanilla and butterscotch.

2020 Pinot Grigio

The medium gold promises a crisp and refreshing drink. While fresh from the glass, the aroma is of pear and green apple with hints of white peach and guava. The pallet is well rounded with nice acidity, saltiness, and oily lychee that finishes with a bit of white tea spice. For a remarkably well rounded meal, pair this Pinot Grigio with a salty favorite.

2016 Merlot

This Merlot is an excellent example of how versatile Washington vineyards can be. The color is a sparkling pale ruby with a vivid aroma of dark cherry, sandalwood, and a touch of nutmeg.
The acidity is crisp and pairs beautifully with subtle tannins. Balancing out the palate is a peppery finish that gives way to tart cherry. Pair your glass with cherry glazed meat to draw out the fruity notes of this amazing wine.

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

In the glass, this wine is a sparkling medium purple. The nose leans towards slate with a hint of craisins that becomes more evident as the wine breathes and opens. The body is delightful
with fresh notes of cedar and fir with an undertone of tobacco. Smooth tannins round out the glass with a lingering and warm chocolaty finish. As the wine continues to open, more rustic notes are distinguishable including a lovely tone of leather.
