The wine starts off with oaky notes of butter and acacia. The flavors hint at baked apple and harvest spices paired with mellow acidity. Each glass finishes with a creamy and lingering mouthfeel with a touch of lemon grass.

2016 Petit Verdot

Petit Verdot is a rich, special occasion wine. This vintage is at its best once decanted and enjoyed with good food and great company. In the glass, it is a deep burgundy pool that draws you in with aromas of black cherry jam, smoky raisin, and spices like anise and nutmeg. 2016 Raptor Red

As our flagship wine, Raptor Red must paint a beautifully complex portrait from beginning to end. Its color is a deep purple which pales at the edges. Savor this wine over the course of a few hours to enjoy the subtle changes as it breaths. You’ll notice aromas of liqourice, black current, and blackberry following a bouquet of black pepper and wet pavement. The palate is bold with red current, black cherry and cedar.
