NEWS FROM THE FALCON’S NEST
Greetings Kestrel Vintners Wine Club Members! Things are in full swing here at the winery. Beautiful sunny days and chilly nights have brought us another breathtaking fall in the Yakima Valley. We have been busy with harvest and planning the grand opening of our new tasting room in Woodinville! Of course, harvest is our focus right now. A cool wet year has created a challenge for our winemaking team. This crop is yielding outstanding white varietals from our Kestrel View Estates vineyard. The red varietals are showing a nice acidity and intense fruitiness. Harvest may extend a few weeks longer than usual, but that means more opportunities for coming to Prosser to experience the excitement first hand.

Bites and Flights - Fridays 5pm to 7pm, Kestrel’s Tasting Room. Enjoy Kestrel wines by the glass or flight, small bites and tasty morsels created in our chef’s kitchen, along with an extensive selection of specialty cheeses and salamis.
Simple Supper – November 19th – A family style meal served in our Dining Gallery, $15 per plate (price includes main dish, side and a glass of wine). November’s Simple Supper is Pasta Night. Sunday Lunch- The first Sunday of the month, November 7th. A three- course lunch prepared by Chef Carlos Trevino. 11:30am-3:00pm, $21.95. Reservations are required.
Leavenworth has activities for the whole family. While visiting Leavenworth don’t forget to stop by the Kestrel Vintners Tasting Room on Front Street!
Your shipment includes your selected wines and the corresponding tasting notes. We have also included the winemaker’s notes for all our new releases so that you are up to date on all the wines available. You may purchase these wines at the club pre-release discounts until October 17th.
